These Billings Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Brushi website (the “Site”). 

By placing an order, you agree to these Billing Terms, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

2. Payment Methods

We aim to offer flexible and secure payment options. Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Digital wallets
  • UPI
  • Other commonly used online payment methods

Payment method availability may vary by region.

3. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize Brushi and/or our payment processors to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout
  • Store necessary payment details for order processing (when applicable)
  • Verify your payment details and perform fraud prevention checks

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Billing Information Accuracy

  • Shipping address
  • Email address
  • Payment details

It is your responsibility to promptly update billing information so we can process your orders and contact you if needed.

5. Order Confirmation

After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirmation with:

If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact support@brushi.com 

6. Taxes and Duties

Orders may be subject to applicable:

  • Sales taxes
  • VAT or GST
  • Customs duties or import fees (for international orders)

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe there is a billing error, contact us at support@brushi.com immediately. We will review the matter and correct any confirmed errors as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped by contacting support@brushi.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Brushi reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing inaccuracies
  • Product availability issues
  • Fraud concerns
  • Invalid billing or shipping details

Canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method when applicable.

9. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are issued directly to the original payment method. Eligibility for refunds is determined by our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed faulty. Please allow time for financial institutions to process the refund after it is issued.

10. Fraud Prevention and Verification

For your protection, Brushi may conduct verification steps on orders, including:

  • Payment verification
  • Address confirmation
  • Identity confirmation (in rare cases)

These measures help reduce fraudulent activity and ensure safe transactions.

11. Changes to Billing Terms
