30-Day Return Window
You may return your Brushi product within 30 days of delivery for a refund if the item is unused, in original condition, and in resalable packaging. Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your Brushi product arrives faulty or becomes faulty within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
If an issue occurs after 30 days, please reach out to support@brushi.com , and our team will do its best to assist.
How to Return a Brushi Product
Returning an item is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact customer support at support@brushi.com with your order number and reason for return to request approval.
- After approval, our team will share return instructions and details.
- Repack your item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Ship your return using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed faulty.
- Once received, our team will inspect your return to ensure it meets our return policy.
If the return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the item at our facility.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment source
- Shipping fees are not refunded (except in cases of confirmed faults)
- Refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days of return approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@brushi.com . We will work quickly to resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.
