Shipping Within the United States

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days once shipped.

Standard shipping methods may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We work with reliable carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of 10.00 USD. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

If you are placing an international order, please check your country’s import rules and fees. Any customs duties or taxes applied at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing and Delivery Times

Most orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping timeframes listed above refer to transit time and do not include processing time.

We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive it within a reasonable time, please reach out to us at  support@hellobrushi.com

Missed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or if you believe it was lost in transit, please contact us at  support@hellobrushi.com and we will do our best to help.
